A CURSE [Corporates Unleashing Retention Strategies Efficiently ]
This fun tale is after witnessing what I call Panic Promotions ;-)

The never ending story of 'Scihte and the Poor Crate'
Inspires me to underline what I reiterate

A Trepidation of losing the Skilled Laborer
to the scavenging eyes of the nearby competitor
Urges the Corporate - a Devilish Goblin
into a Master Plan - here cometh the Sin

"This hand-to-mouth existence for all that I toil!
Oh Blood Sucking Devil...Don't thou see my blood boil?"
'Work harder, O Conscientious Worker
I promise you a coffer more Greener'

So laughed the Devil, ever so Complacent
Spreading the whiff of the flaccid Carrot's scent
A Butterfly effect of the Omnipresent Liar
Invoked the wrath of the workers' ire

Legions of workers retorted back
resembling a War cry of counter-attack
"Enough is Enough. Adieu and Goodbye
I embrace a Devil who is better than thy"

'Hmmm....Mangy dogs, together they bark.
The time is ripe to play that lark
My precious gems. Why do you bother?
Your wish is granted. You've a new moniker'

The dumb-founded worker toils hard
Done in again by the devlish bard
Such stories abound of 'Scihte and the Poor Crate'
With Ethics reversed in a messy Corporate
